Reservation Deposits & Policies

This form is a reservation request only. A representative will contact you shortly to confirm availability and finalize your booking.

Once a site has been assigned you have 24 hours to send a non-refundable deposit, or the site is released to another guest.
Nightly stays, meaning under 7 nights: $40 non-refundable deposit.
Weekly and monthly stays: $100 non-refundable deposit.
There are no refunds and no pro-rating of site rent.
Rates are based on two people per site.
