Rates

Once a site has been assigned, you must respond within 24 hours with a non-refundable deposit or the site will be given to another guest. $50 for reservations of less than 30 days, $100 for reservation of a month or more. For a weekly reservation and monthly reservation a $100.00 non refundable deposit is required.

Electric Deposit – $100

Cable TV – $35/ month

Storage Rates – $60

 

Registration: Upon arrival check-in with the park office or self registration at registration booth.

Refund/Pro-Rating: No refunds or pro-rating of site rent. Rates are monthly, weekly and daily. Rates are based on occupancy of (2) persons per site. Additional persons will be charged $2.00 per day.

RV Requirements: All RV’s must be RVIA approved, self contained and owner occupied. Tents are prohibited. Only (2) vehicles per site, (1) RV per site, all other trailers (including horse trailers) must be stored in designated areas. No units over 25 years of age. Units over 10 years of age will be visually inspected by Camp Host and/or management.

Pets: NO HORSES allowed on premises. (2) pets per site. Pets must be on leashes at all times when outside unit. Pet droppings must be picked up immediately. No pets are to be left unattended in the park. We do have breed restrictions of the following breeds: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pincers and Bull Mastiffs.

Site Maintenance: Each tenant is responsible for maintaining his/her space. No overstuffed furniture, bottles, cans, storage boxes, appliances, etc. outside unit. All trash is to be placed in Dumpsters provided.

Noise: Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No generators, loud or disturbing noise at any time.

Caution: No campfires, this is a high wind area. Awnings on units should be rolled up when unattended.

Fairgrounds RV Park strives to provide you with the best possible service and pleasant atmosphere. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management and/or its owners shall not be held responsible for any loss due to fire, theft, or accident to the tenant or their property.
