Staying Here
How much does it cost to stay?
RV sites are $65 a night year round, or $60 with Good Sam. Weekly rates are $375 Year round. Monthly rates run $590 to $700 plus electric depending on the season. Rates are based on two people per site. Each additional person is $2.00 per day. There are no refunds and no pro-rating of site rent. See our Rates & Map page for the full schedule, or call (928) 227-3310.
What hookups do the sites have?
Every site is a full hookup site, and there is a propane refill station on site.
Is there Wi-Fi or internet at the park?
No. Guests supply their own internet service.
Is there telephone service at the sites?
No. The park has its own business line, but there is no telephone service at the sites.
How do I make a reservation?
Send a request from our Book page or call the office on (928) 227-3310. Once a site is assigned you have 24 hours to send a non-refundable deposit or the site is released to someone else. The deposit is $40 for nightly stays under 7 nights, and $100 for weekly or monthly stays.
How do I check in?
Check in at the park office when you arrive. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
What if I arrive after the office closes?
There is a self-registration kiosk. We post who is checking in that evening and which sites are available for the night, and there are registration cards at the kiosk to fill out.
Do you give refunds?
No. There are no refunds and no pro-rating of site rent, so please pick your dates carefully.
Rules & Restrictions
Are there restrictions on my RV?
Yes, and they are worth checking before you book. All RVs must be RVIA approved, self-contained and owner occupied. We cannot accept units more than 25 years old, and units over 10 years are visually inspected by the camp host or management. Tents are not permitted.
Can I bring a second vehicle or a trailer?
Two vehicles per site and one RV per site. Any other trailer, including horse trailers, must go in the designated storage area.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, up to two pets per site. Pets must be leashed whenever they are outside your unit and never left unattended, and waste must be picked up straight away. We do have breed restrictions: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers and Bull Mastiffs. No horses are allowed on the premises.
Are campfires allowed?
No. This is a high wind area, so campfires are not permitted, and awnings should be rolled up whenever your unit is unattended.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Generators are not permitted, and loud or disturbing noise is not allowed at any time.
